    We need a new coach more than a new star player.
    You get Rondo with this stupid coach. You end up with:

    1)Harden iso ->Howard iso->than Rondo iso->than Parson iso->Beverley defense 1 vs 5
    All of them playing 40+ minutes.

    I think the rockets first round picks will be worth something....how far do you think we'll go with this team? what seed?

    And... I don't think howard will ever be a dominant post player...you can't count on him to score, period. And certainly, you can't count on giving him the ball in the fourth quarter.

    Just to be clear, i am not advocating trading Lin for Rondo. That would be counter-productive. We need Lin. Asik is the one who should go in a trade for Rondo.
    Now, picture a team with Rondo starting and having the Lin/Bev combo off the bench.

    I see packed lanes preventing Harden from driving. Double teams forcing Howard to have even more turnovers. LOFs and LOHs unites to become RROHs.

    I agree about Howard... Never wanted him.. He would have been a better fit with Golden State...

    But the Rockets are a playoff team. Boston would probably a lottery pick for Rondo along with a player. But I think they may just sit him for most of the year so they can get a top 3-5 pick and keep Rondo.. Or run him out there when he's healthy so he can show he's healthy and try to get a kings ransom for him...

    We need to slow down the attack, mostly when you have 10 points lead, why rush every time, slow and seal the deal.
    Rondo will help this part, but the problem is when Mchale tell to do same thing when you lose the ball 2 or 3 times in a row. We realy need a "coach inside the court".

    Let me know the next time Rondo puts up more than 30 in back to back games. The second game without his starting sg.
    The pg must be a good shooter.........IE Parker,Curry, Cp3,D Will, Lillard, Westbrook

    TRUTH did'nt manage that brief 10 lead in the 4th last night. There is a time to take 3s and there is a time to milk the clock and dump it down low to to D12.

    We have the talent. Good pg, sg, c and great shooter and energy guys and rebounders. We just need Mch or a better coach that can put it all together and get what we have firing on all cylnders.

    he's a good mid range shooter. did you look at the charts? Since when do point guards have to be good 3 point shooters? was magic? gary payton? andre miller? and since when do point guards have to average 30 plus scoring?

    Yes, Harden, the starting PG, is a good shooter.
