Cut that out please. A FEW posters does not equate to all posters here and most definitely not the city of Houston. Just like the FEW Lin idiots do not represent the vast majority of Lin fans who support the Rockets and lobby for Lin only because they see potential in him and think that he can help, not because they are fanboys. Once again, let Lin's game do the talking. He's taking over from here.

I beg your pardon. James Anderson may not be King James, but he's a good enough player to make it to NBA. He may as well have a breakout season to make you change your mind. Haters are gonna hate. SMH.

You should stop before you get attacked from both sides of the aisle.

Regarding James Anderson: Has Jeremy Lin taught NBA fans nothing? Lin was in the D-league like a week before his breakout game against DWill. Guys can go off at any time once they get the minutes. Jeremy probably could have defended better, but he wasn't the only one guarding Anderson. Lin had a hand in Anderson's face on most of those 3-pointers.

Maybe this was Anderson's revenge game. Maybe he's just getting better. Maybe he just got hot for this one game. Regardless, I don't know why people here treat anyone in the NBA who isn't elite like they're a scrub who belongs in the D-League.

Maybe you should go back and look at the game. Lin did have some faults in the game,I'm not a LOF but he really didn't have a bad defensive game.

Anderson scored 36 point but he only scored 24 on Lin. At the end of the game Lin had to foul Anderson to stop the clock, that was 2 points so now your down to 22. There was a fast break where nobody got back except for Lin, he had to cover the guy under the basket until somebody got back then he ran out at Anderson, but he hit a 3. That was not Lin's fault, your down to 19 points.

Lin played good D on Anderson all night except for the first two drives of the game, Anderson got by Lin an scored 4 points on those two drives. Besides that Lin played good D and was in Anderson's face, Anderson was just hitting tough shots and had a great night.

unbeliveble. No one played good defense last night. Maybe one or two possessions, but no one had a good defensive outing. Not lin, not,bev and despite some patches not even the most dominante defensive force in Howard.

I just broke it down for you. Besides the first two drives by Anderson, Lin played good D. Go back and watch the game again and you will see what I'm saying.

I agree that the team didn't play good D and that Lin shouldn't have his guy scoring 24 points on him, but when you're in the guys face and he is hitting the shot there really isn't a lot left to do.

Spiegel, a lot of Anderson's points were difficult shots that he was just hitting. Lin was basically in his face a lot of these shots without fouling Anderson. That being said, Brown was a spurs assistant coach who was around when Anderson was on the Spurs as backup. Even though he got beat out, I remember a qoute somewhere saying how the Spurs staff was high on him but had to drop because of space for some other players. I wouldn't be surprised if Anderson continues to do well under Brett Browns system, but last night Lin was on him pretty good. The guy has 3-4 inches on Lin, which makes it easier for him to make buckets even with close up D from Lin.

You expect it of Harden, though.

Why is everyone complaining so much? Do you guys realize its only November? Did you really think they would go undefeated? The early part of the season is about building chemistry. The right time to start complaining is in January when games matter

Anderson is a freakish athlete with a great ability to get high on his jumpshot. He is like Tmac who used to get so high on his shots. You combine that with his 6'7 frame and wingspan and Lin being 6'3, it's a recipe for disaster. You have a guy name Brewer who few years ago was limiting a prime Tracy McGrady sitting on the bench, why not use him?

Dropped Cisco from my fantasy squad tonight. Stung a little, but had to do it. Picked up T. Jones, though. :)

I'm beginning to think we may not see him at all. Total waste.

Brewer is the type of player we need when the likes of Reddick and Anderson are going into god mode.

    Pretty much

The blowbys were bad, but alot of shots were on garcia/casspi, the other ones Lin couldnt really D up that much better, just anderson bigger/stronger and able to shoot over Lin.

Its not really Lins fault that he couldnt handle the mismatch, it was not for a lack of effort or attention thats for sure.

You wouldnt blame Delfino for getting eaten by Gasol, thats where Mchale should've realised he has a 'defensive specialist' in brewer. Too much to ask Lin to try and carry the team offensively, play 49mins, and D up bigger/stronger guards. We were overmatched in the backcourt with Beverley and Lin being waay outsized but Wroten etc, and we did nothing about it.

We never had a defense,so it can't be putrid. It is non-existant.
