Oh really? http://m.espn.go.com/general/story?storyId=9973841&city=newyork&src=desktop&wjb That sure sounds like everyone...
The way lin is playing on offense(defense not so good) I rate him on par with the tire below Curry Paul Parker Westbrook. If Morey intends to trade him, the time to packiage him with Asik or a three team deal is now.
Sounds about right, though I'd put him above Westbrook atm if only because of the injury. Lin is balling out of his mind right now.
I thought reasonable, sensible, objective, long-time, genuine Rockets and Clutchfans members called Jeremy Lin a joke last season? http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?p=7332462#post7332462 Why would you want a joke on your team.... especially one that's only a backup PG / backup SG of all people and holds back the team's number one player...
His trade value would be very high for a team trying to sell tickets and promoting linsanity. A packiage of Lin and Asik for Anderson and Holiday would be good for both teams. I'm not sure salaries would fit eitherway.
This is stupid. Both of these guys can exist together on the court, our coaching staff needs to figure it out. There is no reason why both of them can play off each other. Both can take turns being SG and PG. That would seriously be the best back court in the NBA.

Lin and Asik? I honestly wouldn't mind a trade like Lin, Asik, Terrence Jones + 1st round pick. Also trading for Blake Griffin + 1st round pick is solid. Lin, Asik, Jones, Motiejunas and 2 1sts is what it would take in my eyes I dont wanna deal Melo but if this journey doesnt end where I expect then just try and start fresh move JR, Felton, Tyson, Shumpert, Bargs, everyone -
I like this trade. Rockets are getting a great pg in holiday without the TOs and getting a 3 pointer specialist. Plus i really think the TT is not working. Get it done
That's way to much for a guy that will most likely bolt at seasons end. The positive is we'll have a **** load of cap space.
agree You can never have too many shooters. Look at Curry and Klay they co-exist. Lin and Harden can give splash bros a run for their $. Mch Morey and Les need to figure it out.
That was a knee-jerk thread after a horrible game from Jeremy in which he airballed a crucial 3 that would have won the game. Don't hold that against the entire board.
I do hope Lin realizes that he flourishes in a system with lots of ball movement, quick transitions, and plenty of capable shooter/passers. Howard and Harden do not fit that style of play and will slow things down with ISO's and post-ups. Even if the Rockets wanted to keep Lin it's on him to realize it's not the best fit and to move on for the benefit of both parties.
6,400 posts, thread getting bumped game after game, and thread being anchored by some folks with a lot of green under them does not make it a complete knee jerk of a thread. If it was hovering around 1,000 posts and then died off, then yes, you would have a case of saying it was just a one-off, reactionary thing. Not even Rafer Alston or Juwan Howard got smacked around that badly by this board.
