They like to trolling whatever they want cause they are not truly Rocket fans. They only support the player when they play well.

Then you must be blind. The double standard is there; I don't recall hearing the same people now whining about Lin's TO when Harden racked up 33 pts 3 assists and 8 TOs in the Rockets vs Blazers game.

I'm not absolving Harden nor Lin from their mistakes, but at least be consistent with your rhetoric.

Fair enough, except the criticism about his defense. It was not Lin didn't put in any effort or not stopping cutters, it's just that Anderson was able to hit contested shots.

this causes some concern...as well as the FT shooting. 50-60% on 30+ FTA is why all these games are coming down to the wire.

What does it take for McHale to expand our bench?
I thought we had depth at Center? We played Omer a ridiculous 4 minutes! Why?
And on another night when we could use a perimeter defender like Ronnie Brewer, McHale parked him on the bench and let Anderson burn us all night. What?

We also shot 15/41(!) 3pointers, of which Jeremy accounted for 9!! Our lack of 3s is killing us! If these shots aren't falling McHale needs to figure out other ways to get us points in the paint! Set up some screens to free up Parsons, Casspi, Bev, etc, run some darn PnRs with Dwight/Asik, do something else other than the 3s and posting up Dwight. It's like we don't know how to be creative on offense when what has sustained us doesn't work.

And seriously, what does McHale think timeouts are for? Draw up a freaking play that actually works. I'm convinced McHale does nothing in the huddle. Remember the Toronto game where McHale called a time out, had the players sit, didn't even approach them to talk to them, and then released them onto the court again. Well, that's McHale and timeouts for you! Nothing, absolutely nothing is going on in those huddles.

And seriously, to lose or come close to losing so many close games in the 4Q is no longer a players-only issue, it's the coach being out coached by his opponent.

    1) Wroten isn't bigger than Anderson
    Wroten is 6 foot 6 205lb
    Anderson is 6 foot 6 215lbs
    2) And if Wroten having his first start is a red herring then what is garcia having the flu?
    3) Bev was mismatched he didn't hold his own at all against Wroten considering that bev is the one that can stop Cp3.
    4) And after the first quarter it was clear that Anderson was having one of those Houston should have kept me games so why not make an adjustment in game and put somebody bigger on Anderson?
    5) Wtv.....have a good night.

Parsons does not have a good 3pt shooting posture so his inconsistency is expected. I have a difficult time understanding Cassipi's shooting posture.

You clearly haven't seen Harden play this season. And BTW, Harden averages 4.5 turnovers to Lin's 3.5.

For rockets to be championship calibre team we need both of them. I really think if Harden played tonight with Lin we would have got this win. Sixers kept packing the paint...if Harden was playing not only would he open up the lanes for Lin and other players but he would have been a better defensive matchup to Anderson (height and size).

I saw good signs between Lin and Harden in spurts against the raptors. Only if Harden can share some of the usage with Lin, i think they will be deadly combo going forward.

Defensively, both of them can get better...and I'm sure the coaching staff will ensure that happens.

Definitely, basketball is all about scoring more than your opponents...the more offensive power you have the better.

    Cisco and Omri - MIA?
    Massive exaggeration, dude...

They are 7-8th in rotation, yet they are ranked 5-6th in contribution on the team in most aspects (higher in some), while playing 20 minutes a night.
Per minute I believe they are both close to the top on the team in efficiency.
Even in the disappointing 3pt shooting, Casspi is 2nd to Lin, with 36%, and Garcia is 3rd with 33%...

Yes, I'd love further improvement, and a return to preseason stellar stats, but they are certainly there for the team...

lin shudnt have played the 4th qr imo we had a 10pt lead he came in and destroyed the rhysm.. a little bit mchale shudve played brewer instead to guard james anderson hes a scrub shud never look like an all star under any circumstamces, jeremy did a good job in the first 3qrts but he tends to turn the ball over 3-4times in a row hes very "streaky" shudve took him out after the first TO in the 4th qrt he needed to cool down.,,still its good to see him play well but this loss really hurts especally when a scrub who didnt get much playing time with us last year drops 36 on us

Don't get me wrong, I do see members calling out Harden after his poor defensive performances. Lin just gets a LOT MORE venom for whatever reasons. I'm all for fair, I just don't feel that parity when it comes to that criticism.

Understand that you're making a point (along with quite a few other posters) but raining on parades is a douchebag move.

Lin tied the franchise record for 3s made in a game, scoring 34 points on 19 shots with 12 dimes to boot and yet on one of his best game nights, you won't let the "LOFs" have their parade. This is why there will never be peace in the GARM.

If there is a Red Pill or a Blue Pill, choose the Morning After Pill.

He shooting was bad earlier last season. He is hot now but not sure how long he could sustain that. But his shooting fundamentals are very good so I would say something near 40% is not impossible.

Harden has a strong upperbody and he is VERY stable when he shoots so I would not worry about his 3pt either.

Parsons bend his body backwards when he shoots and he has a low arc. It is in his scouting reports that he needs to work on his trajectory. Unless he improves his fundamentals, I would not bet my money on his 3pt shooting.

Beverley's release is too slow to me, but I might be wrong. My hypothesis is that sometime he is trying to release faster before the opponent come to block him, and that affects his shooting percentage.

I do not know about others. Would someone more knowledgeable share their knowledge and correct me if I am wrong about something. I would like to know, for example, how you think about Casspi's release and Garcia's stance.

He should play, but waited it out and get more resting time. I was hoping for him to get back in the game around the 7-8 minutes mark...not <2 minutes in. But, this game was loss in the wee minutes of the forth...those two missed FTs from Parsons were big...that guy needs to practice FTs. We all know it's too late for Howard.
