I think you've got something there! its just like when i get a really hot prostitute after doing coke all night and can't get it up whereas with my wife i am a rock even after an all night coke binge. She knows how to handle it... wait so wouldn't that be the home crowd? Dammit, i think Dwight needs to marry a hot prostitute and play all road games.

Practice and better coaching on free throws will help some. Sarcasm aside, he does have a mental condition when it comes to free throws; the solution may very well be a hypno-therapist or some form of extreme psychological re-conditioning. Where the hell is Phil Jackson?

It's because McGrady has been attending home games. It's on the escape goat.

He already hit 85% in practice. At least according to Bullard.

How about clutch the bear strip dancing everytime he shoots FT?

It has got to a point where I can see if he makes or misses a free throw by looking at his knees. Take it for what you will, but it is like his sphincter tightens up like mine does in a close game. It is mental for him. He isn't like Deandre Jordan where he is a visibly bad FT shooter, Dwight is always online but it just clanks out. Weird to see.

Would it kill the fans to stay quiet when he shoots free throws? I've been to 2 games and both times I've heard cheering from the red rowdies while he's shooting.

I'll say it: the Red Rowdies suck. A lot. They seriously hinder the enjoyment of the game for everyone else in the stands. The seven nation army chant? Way to rip off Miami... and everyone already hates that the crowd does it in Miami. Cheering and doing ****ty chants during our teams free throws. Some of the chants are seriously embarrassing. Last night they started chanting USA against the Raptors... really? None of those players are even from Canada. Ugh.

I do not expect Howard to ever even shoot 60% from the field, but he really needs to get above 50% and more importantly he needs to consistently hit 50% in crunch time.

When you are in the 45% range, and 35% in crunch time you are a real offensive liability.

Didn't McGrady have the same problems with his FG% and 3FG%. "It's the TC sight-lines."

They'd never do it, but this really is a great idea. If opening up that part of practice to the public just to watch Howard shoot FTs isn't enticing enough, hold an autograph session afterwards for everyone that came out.

You could even get sponsors to donate x amount of dollars if Howard makes a certain percentage.

Tells you all you need to know about him and how he handles criticism. He'll probably never improve from here.

Yes, Rockets fans are to blame for everything. The franchise has won one playoff series since kids who can now drive were born...but it's your fault!! It's all your fault!!!!!! It's your fault!! and the people of OK City are just better people than you are. Or something.

That's it. Just nerves. We know Dwight likes to fart and his sphincter is so tight when he shoots FTs that nothing goes in or out.

Dwight needs to relax and let one rip when he goes to the line.
