What question? I wasn't asking any question, I was replying to a post where you said that the Rockets don't need Bass.
That looks reasonable for the Rockets, good fits, fair price. But it looks generous for Portland and bad for Milwaukee.
Bwhahahahaah what,, you have to give a lot for an unproven player. Wow Iv'e thought I done heard it all. Davis has his flaws as well and he havent even scratch the surface yet so what are you talking about. So the Pelicans going to win a championship because Davis is flawless huh pimpn gotcha.
Harden and Howard are not going anywhere any time soon. So stop with those type of trade scenarios. The rest of the players, go ahead and have fun with. LOL
If you prefer Amir Johnson over Ersan Ilyasova--I think it's a close call--here is a variation on the above trade: Amir Johnson, C.J. McCollom, and Robin Lopez to Houston Omer Asik and Brandon Knight to Portland Jeremy Lin and expiring contracts (Aaron Gray, D.J. Augustin) to Milwaukee Donatas Motiejunas, Nate Wolters, and Caron Butler's big expiring contract to Toronto Replace Ilyasova with Johnson in my above projected roster breakdown.
i can see a 4 teamer based around houston/chicago/portland/milwaukee. houston sends asik to chicago chicago sends noah to portland and deng to milwaukee portland sends aldridge to chicago milwaukee sends ilyasova to houston lots of picks and players need to be added and lots of figuring out to make salaries work. but it could be a good basis for a trade.
Omer Asik & Jones/Motiejunas for Paul Millsap. Presuming Okafor is cut as was rumored, sign him on the cheap. Bev/Lin Harden/(Lin & Garcia share backing up Beard) Parsons/Garcia Millsap/Casspi Howard/Okafor
The Hawks would be stupid to trade Paul Millsap!! How often is it that you can get a power forward who can average 20 ppg, 8 rpg, 1 bpg, 2 spg, 57.3 FG%, 44.4 3pt FG% and you can sign him on a 2 year contract for only $19 million?! He has even been making Al Horford's life easier because they feed off of each other better than Horford did last year with Josh Smith. Millsap was by far the biggest steal of free agency and I don't understand why there wasn't a bidding war for him. The only reason he didn't average close to this last year was because Al Jefferson primarily had the ball on offense. There is so reason why they will trade Millsap for the forseeable future.
Completely agree. Incredible that Smith got three times (three!) more $ than Millsap, as Millsap is the better player. Goes to show you how poorly managed a majority of NBA teams are. Utah should've just resigned the guy once they realized how undervalued he was. Danny Ferry is doing a much better job in Atlanta than he did in Cleveland. He really blew it in Cleveland although I suspect that idiotic meddling Cavs owner pressured Ferry into making the shortsighted moves that ultimately got Ferry fired and that forced Lebron to leave.
wow he is really putting up those numbers, had to go to espn see it !!! $8.5mill, he was fasho the sleeper of FA !
Ooh man and I remember People here were Saying that Atlanta Has to offer more than just Millsap to get Asik... Smh
You guys are funny! The Hawks will not trade Millsap. Not only is he putting up those numbers, but since it's a two year deal he will be an expiring next year. So they won't just give him up for the hell of it.
we mainly need vet leadership and playmaking maybe a 3way trade with Mil and Denver for ilyasova and andre miller.....but we will definately need better playmaking and post play....I think Ainge still owe Mchale a favor or 2 maybe we can get a trade for rondo and bass...For DMO ASIK and Lin.....
Chandler Parsons 50 (MIN) Dwight Howard 45 Omer Asik 19 lol Patrick Beverley 24 James Harden 48 BENCH Terrence Jones 32 Omri Casspi 26 Jeremy Lin 46 He doesn't deserve it. He always try to hide his unhappiness with a fake smile but everybody knows that he is unhappy. You can see it. He is not motivated to show his A game and will never be in Houston Rockets. Trade him!
Horford wants to move back to the 4 and has asked for Asik by name. They need to keep Al happy or they'll lose their best player.
