Big blow for Germany for the WC. Khedira out with torn ACL. Not sure if he can recover fully and be in shape by WC.

According to Madrid Fans, they don't get along. Is Messi's fault that Dinho, Deco, Etoo, Ibra, David Villa, Pep, Abidal, Toure, and bla bla left. I think they also blame Messi for Tito's cancer.

Don't forget the Spanish crisis. That might as well be Messi's fault too.

I have to imagine that performance by CRonaldo cemented his win for World Player of the Year.

FIFA has been a joke for as long as I can remember. The process of acquiring tickets for the World Cup 2014 was an absolute nightmare/joke.

Either way, if he lost and say Ribery won then it wouldn't be a surprise since it is known by now that FIFA is a joke. (And a number of the voters).

Better for them to extend the voting imo for the idiots that would probably give a vote to someone like say Oezil or Lampard over CRonaldo or Messi. Let them rethink.

    3-3 Liverpool/Everton :/

Poor refereeing, should have seen red for Mirallas... too obvious.

With that said, man did Rodgers drop the ball on this one. Everyone was questioning him for putting in an inexperienced Flanagan in a frickin derby AND on the wrong side of what he's used to. But the real bad move was putting in no talent Joe Allen in. Dude is small, can't finish, bad touches, basically a useless twig. Don't know what was up with Gerrard, dude was trash the whole game. Made 10 bad passes for every good one. Lots of things going wrong for the good guys and Everton pressed hard.

Should have been 4-2 if Joe Allen only knew how to tap a ball... and that would have made all the difference. I hope he doesn't see any more minutes as a Red. I'd rather put in academy youngsters in that could potentially develop than this twig.

City once again show why they are the class of England with a 6 goal outing in a shutout win against Tottenham. Coupled with their 4-0 victory over Man U earlier in the year they are not only beating top English clubs, but they are dominating. They have to get better on the road where they are dropping too many points. Once they fix their road troubles they should have no problem winning the EPL this year as they are clearly the top team.
