This gif reminds me of part of the reason why the Rockets had trouble with teams fronting Yao Ming: one way to counter fronting is to do what the Spurs did right there-- seal the defender outside and have the ball-handler drive at the basket. With Houston, McGrady was never quite aggressive enough his his attacks to the basket and the other guys were never skilled or athletic enough to do what Parker did right there. The one time that I clearly remember that somebody did that on the Rockets was Von Wafer on one of his highlight dunks in the playoffs vs. the Blazers. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/1lcUXFgUK9Y?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> But then Yao's career was essentially over in the next series.
I meant for the season in general. Seen some games where he's killed them with poor shooting and turnovers only to be saved by the Kevins. Good game tonight for him tonight though.
As if Adelman or the Rockets would ever be reunited considering how he and the Rockets "mutual" parted. It's okay, I'm really liking what Adelman has done to the Wolves this season, they're actually a team I don't mind seeing do well.
