It is spelled Herren, and he is absolutely a superstar. This from his Prefuse 73 work: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/tsCeEaNTNFI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Should Yao play for the Nets lmfao doesn't this remind you of Lin fanboys advocating Lin to play for the Lakers
Of course many of the Asian fans are Lin fans, and probably recent NBA fans, the fact that they paid to see their favorite player, doesn't mean they have to root for the Rox (most probably do). As a avid Asian/Am sports fan, I have players in every pro sports, every team that I cheer on. I seldom will watch a golf tourney that Tiger does not play, always watched MJ, attended matches featuring Michael Chang, rooted for Plunkett/OJ/Namath/Brodie/Montana, etc, rooted for Cousy/Reed/Bradley/Kareem/Magic/Bird/Hakeem etc. Did I care if the team they play for did well, it was always a BONUS if it happened. Some fans are player fans, some team fans, so what! If I pay money to attend a game, I'll be sure to root for whomever I want, it's the American way! Does that make me a lesser fan than you?
No, no , no!. That's all well and good, but once they start bashing Harden, McHale and others to propup Lin, THE THE IRE OF longtime fans will become loud. They bash our team and players who the deem as a threat to Lin's supposed greatness to propup Lin then they are fake fans. They only care about the success of one player.
Some of us hope so, but everyone has a VERY long leash on this forum, so it's highly doubtful he gets banned.
That's the anonymity of the internet, how does one ascertain a true Lin fan is bashing Harden,McHale etc. The join date seems to be only way, so I don't doubt that there are many anti-Lin types who joined in 2012, who easily can create the illusion of Rox "bashing". I'm sure glad we have someone like you guarding this forum, better you than me!
Oh, Harden is a Superstar in many ways alright. He is a Superstar in creating his own offense, and he is a Superstar in making the players he defend look like Superstars. Definitely Superstar all round. On a serious note..... Harden is a very very good offensive player. He was a #3 pick for a reason. Everything he needs to be a two way player is there. Depends on whether he decides to put the commitment into his defensive duties or not. Just remember though, there are real superstars and then there are flawed superstars. Real superstars can drag you to the promised land.... to the Conference Finals at least. Flawed superstars are second round fodder at best... and some don't even get past the 1st round of the playoffs as the lead star on their team. Which is Harden? Real superstar or flawed superstar? Well....... let's find out.
