Harden's offense and Morey's theory on offense fit so perfectly it's weird.

And, amazingly enough, Harden had more points on corner 3s when he was 3rd wheel.

I never said Kobe was accurate. But I would think he was pretty accurate everywhere from what I saw.
I'm sorry, what I said was an observation on Kobe's chart, nothing to do with comparisons.

It does. It's heat map. Red means high accuracy. Blue means low accuracy.

If you are red everywhere, that means you can hit shots anywhere equally accurately and it also indirectly means that it is probably more difficult to defend you.

edit: I was wrong. It's not about accuracy. It's about point scored. You are right. Misleading "heat" maps.

I think hardens heat chart is skewed. The offensive scheme was to take 3 and get to the hole. Because of that scheme everyone of out wing players will show something similar to hardens. I wonder if someone can post up parson/Lin/delfino/Garcia's. I suspect it's going to look similar

If you ever paid attention to Kobe you would know he can take 30 shots to score 30 points. Great scorer he is just the same but he's not always efficient. But I would like to see more post game and mid range game from Harden but I think that's not what the coaches want. 3's and drives to the basket. I bet Parsons shot chart looks very similar to Harden's.

Harden is more efficient on more volume than any of those SG's could ever dream of being.

Harden has his issues but scoring points is definitely not one of them.

Midrange is inefficient for HIM because he sucks at it. For Kobe Patrick Patterson or bosh it's considered a money shot. Don't let Mireya BS logic fool u. Harden will never be elite if he isn't consistent from multiple spots on the floor

He must be confused, the last time T-Mac played consistent great defense were his years in Orlando. He wasn't a plus defender for Houston or a difference maker consistently to where it changed up the game on that end of the floor

Wow, everybody is suddenly claiming to be an expert on Harden's game.

Look, you have to look at his body of work since he stepped into the NBA and especially last year when he became the #1 guy on our team.

This season, you have to factor in that he's been nursing different kinds of injuries and it's been affecting his play. Coaches have to plan around that and lighten his load. It's not helping that our perimeter guys are choosing this time to get cold. Or the two may be actually related. Harden's hampered offense is affecting the spacing and confidence of the others.
