An underrated aspect of this play: a corner 3, percentage-wise, is the highest, most make-able shot on the court from that distance. This was analytical as well as well-executed, he also clears out the spot with motion. This was a brilliant play, there is no question. So many layers to it.
Perfectly executed. A lot of diversion. LeBron was caught watching for a split second. And then a perfect pass right on the money so that Green could catch and shoot without hesitation.
It does, it's a reflection of a poorly coach team. A competent coach would have had their players aware of the situation and not put Dwight anywhere near in the inbounder.
Dwight was at the 3 point line. I agree that it's the coaches responsibility to tell the players during timeouts that they shouldn't pass him the ball but it is also the players responsibility to know his personal and the game especially if they are starters. It seems like our players don't know their personal and have no chemistry. That should get better with time, it's only like 7 games in. It starts with the leaders in our team... And we don't have any.
