When a pretty girl does something dumb it is still cute.

I feel pretty strongly about having Casspi start at PF over Asik just because our half-court offense flows so much smoother when he's in, but I don't really see any reason to start Garcia over Parsons.

I find it hilarious when after 5 games & we're trying to get accustomed to a new "star player", fans want to change the starting line up. Oh! By the we, do have the best record in the west!

I don't think Rockets will move Asik.

Reality check: Parsons has to spend the first 6 minutes of each half playing with the Twin Towers while Casspi spends zeros minutes with TT.
Parsons shot 50% from corner three's last year, and 30% from elbow three's.
This year, all I see is Parsons shooting elbow three's since Twin Towers are down low.
Also, there is less room for Parsons to slash in the half court, and fast breaks are less frequent with Asik in there instead of Garcia/Casspi.

Parsons will find his shot eventually but he really needs to stop shuffling his feet when he is pump faking the 3 ball.

    That just drives me nuts.

Again 1-5 and 1-6 nights for Garcia and Casspi

Garcia has been cold for two nights.
Wonder if he is going to have more nights like this after a very good preseason

    The problems are:
TT is not working, and Harden ISO hurts the ball movement. That might be the issue for big-hole we usually dig this season. We need to focus from the very beginning of each game. Comeback is really risky and tired.

Lin is proved a good playmaker and can make his teammates better, and Harden is proved an effective scorer, and no need much tactics for him.

    Can we try:
Lin, Garcia, ,Parsons, Casspi and D12 for the starting lineup, and Harden & Bev lead the bench? Asik is also a good supplement to Howard.

McHale is not relegating Harden to the bench, period. I'm not sure why anybody thinks that is even a possibility.

That blown layup was such a momentum killer as well. Couple with Lins T/Os and the general ineffectiveness of the team made for a very tough 3rd quarter

These two are KILLING my fantasy team right now. I just knew for sure they were sleeper picks.

The worst part is that when I thought Bev would be out for several weeks, I dropped him for effing Jared Dudley (who has since gone cold). :( I figured I'd just pick him back up when he came back, but somebody picked him up off waivers. Jeremy is the only Rocket on my fantasy squad contributing anything right now.

I think Casspi will suffer from that concerning his stats line, but I think he should start. I think it would improve the offense simply because Casspi has the best AS/TO ratio in the team. He would bring some rational and ball movement to the offense.

Not bad thinking but reality is McHale will NEVER bench Harden, and thats one of the problems with this team. McHale thinks Harden is like a young MJ or something. SMFH.

That would be revolution. Bench 20 million Harden and then another 21 million of Howard on the bench.

Doesn't make sense. Since we can bench 8million and start 800k. Why couldn't we bench 20m.

Pay does not matter, but how we play matters.

both of them should start in place of Asik and Parsons. Parsons just padding his stats there. and being cocky to boot. contract years are a biatch,
