Twinkies were discontinued - Lin's fault.
    Last two Texan's losses? - Lin's fault.
Construction taking forever to complete on Beltway 8 - Lin's fault.

Yea, it is stupid, but remember, Harden's superstar status was guaranteed since last year. He was allowed to do whatever he can, and no one has issue with this, LAST YEAR. Then tell me, who has achieved more in NBA, Harden or Howard? I don't mean I rate Howard higher but I don't think Howard would rank himself lower than Harden either. Howard's superstar status root from the privilege we gave Harden last season.

If we didn't let Harden play like that last season, Howard won't be here. Mchale's task is very difficult: he has to take back what the team promised to the players before their arrival. This is probably one of the hardest job for any nba coach.

BTW, I think Howard is "ok" so far. Harden and Parsons are the problems. And Mchale should be fired for his substitutes and coaching too. But firing Mchale would not immediately solve all the problems.

I think chemistry might be a minor factor at this point.

    1. Harden and Howard seeing who is the top dog.
    2. Parsons having a big head and has already dictating himself as part of the "big 3".
    3. Beverley just got the starting job so he's still feeling it.
    4. Casspi is trying too hard to match his preseason stats.
    5. And there is Lin....he will still be the "superstar" in the eyes of many non-traditional NBA fans. His All-Stars vote will still surpass Harden and come in second after CP3 again this year. This no doubt has cause issues with his teammates in the past.

Agree with that. JVG, given his status in Houston, probably coul solve it. Great shout cn0gd.

McHale needs to experience some other lineups at this point. Give Smith or Tjones or Brewer some damn playing time!

I will second the call for mchale to explain why not bring in greg smith for a few minutes to mix things up. he was lookin' real good last game right? heck, even bring brooks in for lin, when lin gets cold. Need a spark to light a fire, no?

It does seem odd how the coaching staff full of 'experts and experience' can't utilize players better. Granted, only a few weeks into the new season. then again, didnt it take the Heat, what, a whole year to gel? Now look at 'em. Patience may pay off....

Dude no JVG, that guy was a more limited-mind offensively than McHale and I attribute his defensive prowess to his then assistant coach Tom Thibodeau. Dude was a little tyrant.

20 games I give him. After that I am all on the 'Change' bandwagon.

Good, but not necessary better. It was only better due to the switch....meaning Parsons was on JJ Reddick and Harden on their #3....no way Harden can cover Reddick.
