I actually agree with this in significant part. And I am one of the biggest Lin fans around. I will add though that Lin is under a relatively significant microscope, as even he admitted that he has to prove things longer before folks give him credit (easier to say his opponent sucked or that he got lucky). He was in a bit of a no-win situation being hurt in the playoffs and playing through it--if he didn't play he'd be ripped just as hard if not harder. I think as Rockets fans we should all hope he continues to do well and stay healthy (hate his nasty falls).
It's a sad topic but it's true. Just like Melo does not want Lin to shine. It happens. Lin got to go.
Oh damn, I forgot to give my input for this thread! I think the OP has made one of the stupidest titles in GARM thread history. His title implies that there is choice between either kicking Harden or Lin out of the Rockets. There never should have been a choice in the first place. Only one person in the entire Rockets roster has to go to make the team and this forum a better place. Jeremy "The Joke" Lin has to go!
I'm sitting on the toilet with my iPad & what just came out of my rear end was more informative than your post, had more insight and basketball knowledge than you will ever have...& I'm about to flush it into the ocean, never to be seen again, just like I'm hoping the moderators do to your thread & thread making privileges.
I kinda want to see what happens if lowry gets traded back to Houston and Lin goes to Toronto. It will be a win win situation for clutchfans and Toronto
No one has to go..... Just because the 4th/5th best player on your squad has some of the most delusional fans does not mean he is not needed. Your post is provocative
Problem is that Lowry does not like McHale and his game plans... You should know that Unless McHale is gone I don't see it.
If the 4th / 5th best player in the squad is holding back the best player in the squad..... ...then the 4th / 5th best player in the squad has to go in order to unlock the potential of the best player on the squad.
If you watched the games... the 4th best player came off the bench....not even in the same line up often It's the clogged middle with Howard and Asik that is holding them back more times than not. Nobody is holding Harden back to play D other than himself or injuries.
you probably didn't read any of OP post before, for someone who consistently calling Lin an asian scrub, i think you'll freaking piss him off calling him a LOF
What games have we lost because of Harden's D... The Clippers scored 137 points. Where all 137 points his fault...? And he out played both Blake and Meeks combined. Had more points, rebounds, assis, and steals than both... People are jumping all over James and Jermey... But their young... But people are letting Howard skate.. He's a big reason we lost to the Clippers and Lakers. But people make excuses for him...
