We are still learning as a team we will get better with time and games. You just don't throw a team together and start of 10-0 things take time this lakers win will be irrelevant 20 games later watch. All this is just a process I'd rather win when it counts more.

After last night, I believe so. When our faults were questioned by everybody before the season and it was on full display yesterday for the nation to see, yeah, change is coming.

That change might not come until 20 games played.

I'm more than sure we win the game if Nash is called for the hold he put on Lin. Wasn't as obvious as Malone bearhugging Drexler but it was still a hold. That's why Blake was so wide open and Howard was out contesting a three

it is the perimeter D that kept the rockets behind almost all night, not because of the TT thing

    Lin's last shot

Harden spent 6-7sec (1:39-1:32 left) walked to the corner and didn't even look at Lin

Harden is not MJ, Kobe level, LJ level. Until he improves his defense and learns how to be a true leader by improving the short comings in the mental mindset they aren't going far in the playoffs. When you ISO's aren't working, drop the ball off to the hotter hand and make the defensive plays like the Champions do. Hero ball and more hero ball that looks great in the regular season, but in a playoff series when a team focuses on ways to stop that, its over.

Harden may have gotten mad that they called a play for Lin and deliberately walked off. I've coached players who've done that to voice their displeasure. But of course, I've coached kids in their teens not professionals.

McHale should have the team do a scrimmage vs the Vipers and see how we play against them. Practice our defense against other teams lol

So still nobody out of the big 3 (McHale, Harden & Howard) is taking responsibility and showing they want to be held accountable, whether it's a win or a loss?

I knew the lakers would win on that last shot. had the same feeling about the Milwaukee buzzer beater last year.

especially when the Lakers were shooting red hot from three point range.

you KNEW it was going in.

hack a dwight/asik worked. that's what pisses me off.

Did anyone look at Steve Nash's stats. 3-11, 12 points, 6 assists, 4 TOs, had 2 of his shots blocked and 1 steal with 1 rebound and 4 fouls. He didn't play an outstanding game yet he impacted the game. Scoring, Blake 14, Young 11, Johnson 16, Farmar 11, Meeks 18. Lakers played team ball, the Rockets offense never really clicked. It looked like 5 individuals out there most of the game, not a team.

Why play democratic ball when the Rockets have Harden and Howard? <please note sarcasm if your radar is broken>

They ran horns, Harden was supposed to be in the corner and went to the corner

christ, harden played 43 minutes. Optician rewards bev with 33+ 14 of those could have been split between casspi and garcia. stick with the coldhand unless it's another pg that we shall not name. so much for 10 man rotation. I doubted it would happen. you need a coach with a system and great at subs to make that happen, even then it would be more like a 9 men rotation

I was hoping inserting Bev into the starting line-up would end our slow-start habit. Obviously this didn't happen in the worst way...

Hopefully this is just cuz it's his first start post injury. I thought without Bev was a big reason why we lost against Clippers, so looking forward to Saturday.
