that gif is NOT complete. what it cuts out is the beginning. look at the replay, the full replay. it tells the whole story.

1.) bev and nash are together
2.) blake starts on nash's left side and lin on bevs right side.
3.) blake moves behind nash to his right side
4.) lin follows by going behind bev to his left.
5.) at this moment, nash pushes bev back
6.) blake breaks away, and nash moves to his right DELIBERATELY grabbing lin (look at lins face, he's freaking out as he sees blake breaking away)
7.) at this point bev gets picked by gasol. he clearly sees blake break away but doesnt fight through the gasol pick. instead it looks like he is trying to alert dwight to switch
8.) dwight finally sees the play and closes out
    9.) the rest is history...

the bottomline? MDA is an offensive genius. give the man his props for a perfectly called play...

Yeah, that's called a straw man argument and it isn't going to work. Lin and Harden are not working together. Lin off the bench won't work either because Harden plays 40 min per game. The twin towers also aren't working. Oh the irony, the players that made Morey look like a genius are now an albatross around his neck. If you want the Rockets to win, start rooting against the blazers. Then let's send them Lin and Asik then we might have a chance with Aldridge.

Lin's last (and only) FGA in the 4th. Don't know if Lin didn't see Harden (I don't recall Harden being nearby), but shot clock was winding down, Lin was defended by 2 guys, passed to Parsons on the left perimeter, Parsons hesitated, passed back to Lin, 2 seconds on the shot clock, Lin threw it up. Lakers secured the rebound. Harden blew up!

Dwight on final play: "Guys just kind of messed up on that play. It happens." He was late switching. Gasol screened. Howard closed late.

Bev can do no wrong. Lin, no matter how well he plays, is always a scrub to him. He doesn't even realize Lin's D has greatly improved since the start of the season and has been one of our most consistent players so far. Should just put him on ignore and spare the headache of his biased views.

No, I just don't drink the Lin Kool-Aid. He's good, he's also not right for this team. It's clear as day.

Silver lining is that all good teams need time to gel, and it's better that they work out the kinks early in the season rather than near the playoffs when there's less time for adjustments.

Yes, Beverley late, but Howard's man set last screen. RT @KeemSoTrilll: @Jonathan_Feigen how is it his fault? Shouldn't bev have taken that

Bev was mediocre defensively and absymal offensively, arguably the worst player on the team today. I don't know how anyone can actually argue against that. I guess people like to see what they want to see to confirm their bias.

Didn't watch the game. Though from the scoreboard, Lin seems to be doing fine.

What's up with all the lin bashing?

JF and I saw the same thing.
    It's on Howard.

    Jonathan Feigen ‏@Jonathan_Feigen 53s

Nash screened Lin. Beverley is then supposed to switch, but Gasol screened him. Then it's Howard, who did switch, but was too late.
