Harden was awful in the last few minutes offensively. He was obviously worn out from playing so many minutes and almost single-handedly keeping the Rockets in the game in the 2nd quarter. But he has to use his head. If you're tired, let Lin or Bev handle the ball. Hell even Parsons can spot him a few possessions. And use picks. If they're afraid of Dwight getting fouled, then sub Asik in or have Parsons set it. The last few minutes, all they did was dribble out the clock and jack up last second prayers.

Of course, the fear of even thinking of throwing the ball into Dwight in the post definitely limited their offensive options.

Kenny Smith just said that Beverley was caught in no man's land on that last play. I believe Kenny Smith knows more about basketball than anyone on this forum.

The better Lin plays, the more vocal the LOH are going to be.

That was one of the most frustrating game I have ever seen. Except for Harden late and Parson, everyone played like craps. Rockets deserve this lost.

Give credit to Mike D'Antoni for that last play. Multiple options. Blake 3, Gasol rebound on a miss, Blake pass to Gasol for an easy 2 if Howard came out faster.

While our last out of bound play was .... :(

And... really, McHale should have called a timeout when he saw how the Lakers players were lined up for that play to set his defense.

He throws a lot of "we" in his interviews after losses. Not saying that it's all on him but he really needs to take some fault for his no effort defense.

Noticed in the 4th Lin was open calling for the ball multiple times and Harden would just ignore him and go ISO. Does Harden even want Lin on this team?

Nash was doing what any savvy vet should do. He knew the refs wouldn't call a hold and it worked. This game was on us. Can't really blame Howard either since that's just his skill set. He sucks at free throws--we knew that coming in. But the poor execution, the abominable perimeter defense, the mental errors were the difference.

This is actually on Howard. Nash screens, Lin. Gasol screens, Beverly.

Howard is in the open with no one to guard. He should've called the screen on Gasol.

This might be what Howard and Lin were yelling at each other in the tunnel.

Your right that he does this sometimes but this is not what happened on that last play. Bev should have switched
