Redick getting punked tonight. Nice! Harden should destroy him next game to make up for the last one.
Thats where we disagree, I dont think Isiah or Iverson was toughest guy on their teams. For certain, not in the way Barkley meant it and perhaps not even in strictly the mental sense. Iverson and Isiah were both the best players on their teams, but if you think they were mentally or physically tougher than the likes of Mahorn, Rodman, Mckey, Mutombo, Dumars, Snow etc, players with much less talent, skill, oppurtunity and chances to succeed, I'm going to disagree.
Paul can't handle Heat's aggressive PNR defense & double teams thrown at him. Not many can, to be fair.
Also i do think, cp3 is similar to Isiah, unfortunately, his teammates lack the mental and physical toughness of the bad boy pistons.
The first half Wade's defense was kinda slack (redick was getting more open than he did against Harden), but man, the Heat's defense has been switched on since half time
Clippers need to respond here, preferbly with Griffen or someone else relieving the pressure off CP3 or this game is over.
That's the problem with revolving your defense around one player. Shut that player down and your team gets shut down.
Yes, Griffen has to improve to the point where he punishes teams for guarding him with the Battiers and even lebrons of the world.
I saw battier take a charge then after he got up, CP3 kind of pushed him and such... Not technical for him.
for 2 seasons now everybody keeps saying wade has lost a step, and i'm there wishing it were true. But it just doesn't happen. this game is taking too long, needs to end now.
crawford hitting some big shots for the clippers. Hes definitely the xfactor for them as he can be unguardable when hes on.
I can tell already that the Clippers are gonna be one of those teams that has a record akin to the Jazz, or the Nuggets of the past few years. All world at home, paper tiger on the road. That's what happens when you rely on refs to ignore your constant moving pics and to believe in your silly embellishments for foul calls. Suck it, Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. The rest of you Clippers I don't got a problem with, but a friend of the enemy is the enemy. Lose.
