The whole 3rd star talk seems to have gotten to his head. He's trying too hard. He needs to calm down and just let the game come to him.

This season? His shot was much flatter last season than it is now. It was one of the first things I noticed during the preseason actually, it looked like he shot with more of an arc.

It might actually be part of the reason he's not shooting that well right now. Maybe he's trying to switch to a more conventional form.

His shot doesn't seem any different, he's just in a bad slump.

Added muscle. It will take time for his shot to adjust.

he's had these flat games before. he will fill up the box score and get 10 points a few games then go for 15+ some others.

He got confidence from the Laker game last season. Ever since that line drive 3 pointer went in.... hahaha

Always have been flat. Didn't even understand how accurate he shot last year.

it's true though. it may not be a huge change but he definitely tried to emphasize getting bigger.

This is true, if he starts shooting. But he hasn't, lately he's been taking the option to drive and lay it up. Which could be fine except he sometimes turns it over because he doesn't have good control and doesn't dribble well. If he keeps passing up open 3s, I want to see more Garcia/Casspi.

Yeah, he talked about working on it a lot in the off season to give it more arc.

He's been working on his pump fake all summer. He doesn't want to waste all his hard work. So he wants to show off his pump fake at every opportunity.

Wish he couldlve learned that Kevin Martin fake that gets to the line. Instead of the one that leads to him bricking an equally tough shot after moving around a bit. :(

I miss old Chandler. That messy hair, acne faced kid out of Florida. Chandler looks so different than when we first got him. But that old Chandler played within himself very well. He knew what he had to do. I have all the confidence that he will get back to playing that way. He wants to try new things and this early in the season I can't fault him on that.
