Well, they have shown up tonight.

Howard, got back to be Superman+better free throws.

Harden, his beardness was on fire again.

Casspi - combo of a shooter, rebounder and assister.
Wow, he can do it all, in all fronts.

Bev - happy to see him playing well, with fire.

Lin - the better PG in the team, always consistent.
Would give you the points as well as the assists every time.
in my opinion, the most important link in the team,
as he is the glue, the one who make the difference
Between a team play, to individuals show off.
And to go further, we need a team play
and Lin is a PG that sees the team first.

Good game - but we need even better killing instinct.

 

People need to realize how hard that is to do.

Rockets were horrible on b2b road games. I think 1-9? So far 2-0...I think they were bad on b2b games period.

Good TEAM win! We wouldn't of won this game without everybody out there! Not perfect but it works!

 

Lin played great. Bev played great. This team is lucky to have two young, outstanding PGs in these two. I bet both these players are celebrating their win right now while the LOFs and BOFs keep on bickering.

 

I am confused, are you saying it is okay for Harden or Lin? I think both of them should work on it, but I think Lin only has 3 today.

My guess is he wanted Lin to finish out the game, but then he looked at Brooks sitting there looking said, so he decided to give some love to Brooks.

I thought Lin did an excellent job on Lillard in the 3rd quarter. He was going over the screen and Dwight helped on it perfectly.

I don't want Lin to play more than 28 minutes and I don't want Beverley to play 28 minutes. I think both will struggle if they log alot of minutes but if in balance they are the perfect storm.

 

Yes....I have to admit I only follow and watch the Rockets because of Lin.

 

My apologies, what I was thinking was that his TOs normally turn into transition points quite often. It didn't happen this time but that's how it was in the past few games.

Lin back in at 2:33 left in the 4th = Lilliard at 22 pts

Much better effort tonight from the team tonight. When this team plays with effort, they are capable of beating anyone. Even with their threes still not falling. Great to see Dwight getting his offensive game going tonight. If he can start getting it rolling, watch out.
