Harden is the money and leader of this team. He's been doing so well offensively and his best years are still to come But if he aims to to be the real superstar in the league, he's got to put his heart and soul in his defense as well.

Hoping Beverley to cover his the black hole of Harden's defense is simply tackling the issue on the surface, not at the root. Harden has to be accountable for his own defensive effort.

Quite possibly. I gave him a benefit of a doubt last year because the Harden trade happened after the training camp. This year he had everyone on board after a volunteer players-get-together in LA. And then he acted clueless and created a mess. Didn't Dwight just took a jab at the coaching after last game? Well, but hey, we did win three in a roll. So maybe he will improve or get the respect back, since he's still very green himself. Otherwise we might need an old-school harda$$ like JVG, Phil or Sloan to put this mess back together.

McHale is not losing the respect of the players. You are relying on what some guy overheard at a Clippers game. He might have lost the respect of your man Lin when he benched them, but the team is 100% behind McHale. Nice try!

 

I'm not sure where you're getting that from. Last night's game was frustrating for everyone because of the general lack of direction.
