1.Harden has to come out aggressive offensively
2.Parsons needs to stop with the r****ded pump fakes and just shoot the ball
    3.No slow starts

last night i was so jacked and couldn't wait to see the game, now somewhat nervous since i'm not sure which team will show up. hopefully the refs who called the game last night won't be travelling to portland.

agreed i think because harden is from LA area he tries a little to hard whenever he plays there based on the announcer said he doesn't play well in LA

It depends on whether Harden is banged up or just had a hangover. If he's not healthy we're in deep sheet. Otherwise they should go all out and try to redeem themselves. Robin Lopez played badly the first two games but pretty good the last. Let's hope it was a fluke and TT could abuse them in rebounding and D.

As always, if Lin plays aggressive and gets everyone involves, it would be a good game. I hope we could see more of the Deadly Combo, PnR between Lin and Dwight. Lin will face another defensive challenge in Lillard. Refs won't be so lopsided so it should be better. Would Harden play better D on Matthews?

TRob!!! Hope he has one good play but otherwise don't do so well this game. Good to see him.

one of the things i never thought of being a problem was getting dwight the ball up top. it seemed quite a few times the passes were too low and he would motion to put the ball higher then it was like it was too high....not sure how that can be fixed quickly.

Just hope someone on the blazers decides to get his and keep the ball away from Nicolas "I turn into a superstar when playing the rockets" Batum. This fool kills us every single time.

I guess the good news is last time Harden had this bad of a game(Game 4 against the Thunder), he was on fire the next game. The team will be exhausted playing their 4th game in 5 nights, so hopefully emotion and pride will carry them to victory.

And if they do pull out a win, a 4-1 start would be very impressive.

I think Casspi will be in the starting lineup.

For those folks unable to resist the urge to knee-jerk straight to the "end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it" after each loss; remember that the NBA season is a marathon and not a sprint.

Carry on with the hand wringing, wailing, and gnashing of teeth...

Bounce back win tonight. Harden will put more effort on defense and go off for 30 plus. Dwight will have a monster games as well 20+/13 with a few blocks..

Superstars have to lead by example

At least Harden will be well-rested :p

I hope the trainers are doing a good job because there are going to be a lot of tired legs out there tonight.

That was Parsons? I thought it was Luis Scola with shorter hair.

What's with this early brutal schedule of back-to-backs? Are all teams doing two back-to-backs in 5 days in the early going? Can't blame them for being a little tired and playing a bit sloppy given that.

I wonder how much longer Mchale will continue with the twin towers lineup. If Omer and Dwight start expect another slow start offensively again...
