I thought it was a neat feature to have for sports games and would be nice to have in games like GTA, but outside of that not really a big deal for me.
I'm talking about literally playing CDs. The PS4 won't play a music CD if you insert the disc. While things like MP3 playback (and hopefully custom soundtracks at some point) will likely be patched in, I don't think Sony will be quick to enable audio CD playback.
Nope. I will use it. I listen to Gypsy Kings while I drive in Gran Turismo 5. Also Los Tigres Del Norte, Ramón Ayala and Vicente Fernández. y volver volver... voooOOoOooolveeerrrrrrr... ♪ [Seattle night circuit RUNNING START count down 5... 4... 3... 2... ] ... a tus brazos otra veeezzzz... ♫
Just picked up my copy of killzone and an extra controller..... Now I just need my system to get here!
im not feeling any of these games for it right now, i ordered the watchdogs bundle but since thats being pushed back, i might just get it and hold it till xmas and see if theres any demand for it on ebay.
Got an email about my BF4 preorder, it includes a promo code I'm supposed to use with an Origin account. Should I go ahead and signup now or wait on the PS4 to ship?
Sneak peak at PS4 version of MLB The Show: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/8n0jSw5ZJzc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> EA sucks. Just wanted to get that out there.
One reason I would choose PS4 would be MLB The Show. I think that's the only exclusive I would favor PS4 on.
I want a simplified, rpg like (create your own player?), chibi version of baseball. I think Konami made a game like this and it was popular in Japan.
Yeah this is gonna be a tough choice because I've probably played the show more than any other game yet I really want some of the Xbox one features and of course titanfall. Man if I could justify buying both I would.
I'm kinda surprised I don't see more about PS4 online multiplayer no longer being free. People have complained about it with LIVE for a long time and there were quite a few that swore it wouldn't happen with Sony.
I don't think people mind that much. Paying for a subscription will help PSN maintain servers and provide a smoother experience for online gamers. The reason people aren not complaining is that PS4 owners will not be charged for Internet access if they only want to use third-party apps like Netflix and play single-player games. That's the difference.
Anyone who has PS Plus knows how much extra stuff Sony throws your way too. I pay now just for all of the "free" games that come along with it. I just hope they still keep doing it....
