I keep hearing and reading about how they didn't mean to kill anyone. I'm calling BS with a capital B and a capital S. First, you brought a gun with you on a home burglary. If noone was supposed to be there, then why did you bring a gun? Second, you cut the phone lines (which you wouldn't do if noone was supposed to be there) and you kicked in a locked bedroom door so you could fire your gun at whoever locked it. Don't give me that you weren't expecting anyone to be in the room and the bedroom door was just locked. That doesn't happen. So, whether there is premeditation is debatable IMO. These guys may be scared and all that...because they were caught. Not to mention how stupid can you be that one of them not only does yard work for the victim's property but also has a cousin dating Taylor's sister. I mean...are you the dumbest criminals in the world? Their going to figure it out. First thing you start looking at is who has been inside or on the property. I bet one or two of those guys (probably the ones who look shellshocked in court) are pissed at whomever pulled the trigger...because that sealed their fates as well. These guys are idiots and ruined their lives. Maybe some of them can get out when their old men? Then, they will probably have to rob to survive because they have no way to learn how to do anything to earn any honest money at such an old age.

 

Looking at their myspace profiles makes me sick...and reading what people write them and how they respond is truly sad.

 

Wasn't the thing about the phone line not true? I'm pretty sure I heard that there was no evidence that the phone lines were tampered with.

they ran the ball. it was a big play, but not as big as if they wouldve went deep to evans.

I read the shooter wants a plea deal. Plea to what? Life? Sure. Otherwise no deal.

Yep, died much too soon. Crazy thing is, ever since then the Redskins have not been able to replace him at safety. Every draft pick, every free agent pickup has fallen short of league standards. Reed Doubty is the only player (IIRC) that is on the team who was there before Shanny arrived, and they've been trying to replace him ever since but hes been a notch better then anything we can pick up.

 

Why did it take 6 years after the fact to convict one perp? Another 3 awaiting trail. Jeez, Casey Anthony and Zimmerman were infinitely faster.

 

RIP Sean Taylor... damn still so sad all these years later.
