I guess he did make one interesting point in that he said he welcomes hack a Howard. If Howard is shooting less than 50% I don't know I would welcome it.
Morey is bluffing. Obviously we do not welcome it if we used it against the Lakers ourselves last year, successfully. If Howard can shoot closer to 60% like he has for the majority of his career, then it is another story.
yeah jay mohr is a hack and doesn't know a thing he's talking about.. prior to morey coming on he was saying something along the lines of "New York... Linsanity.. New York fans you were crying when the Knicks let Lin and Linsanity go.. well guess what? Lin is a bench player and Patrick Beverly is now starting.. From Linsanity to the bench.. what do you fans think now?" Umm obviously he has no clue wtf he's talking about and didnt even know Beverley has been injured and all of this was right before Morey came on..

In Jay's defense, he DID "re-pick" the Rockets to win the NBA Finals if he could do his predictions over. He picked OKC at the beginning of the year, but today stated that if he had to do it over again, he'd pick the Rockets. Just some food for thought.
yea but if he doesnt even know that Bev is hurt and Lin has been starting how credible do you think his basketball knowledge is? Seems to me like he's just a bandwagoner who saw the Rockets at 3-0. He also made some statements about Dwight beasting it up and dominating like there's no tomorrow. While I agree he's rebounding really well I wouldn't quite say he is dominating and in beast mode. Just seems to me like Jay Mohr knows crap and hasn't even watched a single minue of a Rockets game. So who gives a F what he thinks and who he picks to win? Any fan on here is probably more knowledgeable.
No argument here, just stating that Jay did rewind a bit and give the Rockets some love. But yeah, stating that Lin is on the bench and P-Bev is the starter currently is where you lose major credibility points.
Serious question... is Jay Mohr mentally handicapped? I've never listened to his show before (this being the first time), but it sounds like he is doing a comedy impression of what bad sports radio talk show hosts sound like.
hack a howard would be a disadvantage if its a close game with little time left. Over a span of 6 min or early 4th if a team starts hacking him, then that would be beneficial for us
