He shares the exact same strength as harden. Good penetration, good PnR, needs the ball to create offense. Problem is harden is more important, thus gets more touches; relinquishing Lin to be a spot up shooter, something that is not his forte.

no idea. i think lowry would be the best fit out of all 3 but lin is definitly a better fit than dragic... dragic can barely shoot 30% in 3s and isn't as good defensively... how's that gonna work with dwight howard and harden...
I can understand lowry being a better fit due to better defense, rebounding and 3 point shooting but hows dragic a better fit? He's comparable with Lin on defense and is a worse 3 point shooter so he'd be a worse spot up shooter than lin...
LOL, Lowry has been trash pretty much since he signed his new contract. He has free reigns at Toronto and can't do much. He is a worse 3 point shooter than Lin this season
Ya this. Wasn't he injured too and fat? I've been looking at his numbers every once in awhile, not that impressive. Lol seems that every PG that leaves Houston does worse.
I like JLin in the sixth man role. But if Dragic becomes available (for the right price) I'd like to see Morey acquire him to be a starter. I don't think lowry can be brought back due to his falling out of sorts with Mchale. If Suns would accept Beverly, Terrence Jones and cash/salary filler for Dragic.. I'd love to see it happen if it works under the cap. But i understand that Morey won't make this move if it kills the cap flexability we have.
<3. Lin will have a better playoff year. Most people who write that Lin was a no-show in playoffs conveniently leave out the fact that he was injured.
I will give you that Bev is a more natural fit with Harden that Lin is, but I think the Lin/Harden duo could be far more deadly. Having two dynamic creators playing off each other can put a ton of pressure on the defense. Think about how Miami plays with LeBron and Wade. I'm not saying Lin is on Wade's level (or Harden on Lebron's) but it's the same type of dynamic. Early on it looked clunky and unnatural- the guy without the ball not knowing what to do- but once that duo learned to play together it was game over for the competition. That's what I hope develops between Lin and Harden.
Lowry was better, but Dragic and Lin are essentially the same type of player on the same caliber, though I like Dragic's punk-ish attitude on the court. Hell even Lin compared himself to Dragic when he entered the draft. I doubt the Rockets will be significantly better if they have Dragic instead of Lin.
I do agree that Dragic likes to have the ball in his hands but he does make good things happen with the ball in his hands. If Dragic were on the current rockets he would have the ball less in his hands but i rate his off ball skills as strong enough to be successful in both roles.
