I don't gamble on Rockets games. But I would gamble that you have nothing else valuable to contribute to this thread.
Did you seriously worry about a scrub lineup led by chowder could overcome a 5pt lead against a lineup led by AB? You know what AB has proven right? We won get over it move on Michael didn't do anything wrong Blame it on the person who kept on leaving chowder in the 3pt line if you want
I think a new MOF crowd as emerged. McHale can do nothing wrong. Any one who points out his mistakes is stupid. Whatever McHale does is right because he is a HOFer. You can't question the man, because he is always right.
You can't justifiably criticize McHale for this. You're bitterly clinging to original argument in the face of all kinds of sound reason and logic that have been presented to you. Almost no one agrees with you. If this isn't trolling then I don't know what is.
If there was 5 minutes left, im not so sure our bench hangs on... Whoever was responsible for crowder cannot be trusted in any situation.
There have been some sound basketball minds that have agreed to what I have said. And I suspect others that do as well, but just don't care to debate about it since we ultimately won the game. Trust me, if McHale makes more bonehead moves like this and we lose games because of it like he did at the end of last year, this type of thread will be welcomed compared to the FIRE MCFAIL threads. This was just constructive critizism about a decision that he made in last night's game. I am not calling for him to be fired, just to improve. if the MOF crowd has a problem with this thread, they will go ballistic once we lose a few games and his decisions weighed heavily in any losses.
Why the hell did McHale bench the starters too early in a blowout and cause us to lose the game? What? You mean we still won? Well, we almost lost. You mean we won by eight? Well, they got as close as five at one point, right? Twenty-four seconds left is a long time didn't McHale see the TMac 13 in 33 video? McHale used to play with Larry Bird? Nevermind.
I am not feeling you my man. You criticize him for the last 4 mins but don't give him credit for getting us the 17 pt lead and was basically a blowout game. You are being critical of him during garbage time? It was a calculated LOW risk that proved to be the correct decision - we won, none of our premier players got hurt and got some vey important rest for a b2b. That is not criticism in my book, that is nitpicking.
I have never liked Larry Bird since the Rockets lost to the Celtics in 86. You can complete the rest.
