not sure what the analytics say, but my eyeballs told me Lin and Harden were the only players pushing the tempo and breaking down the opposing defense

On a serious note. The player I worry about is CP. Most of our core players have improved. He is the only who seems regressed. He really needs to focus basketball more.

Never seen so many dissatisfied fans after a win. Oh well, this is Clutchfans. Can't we just get along here?

We are seeing a few flashes of what this team can be. Harden is all world, but when this team comes together in a couple of months, they are going to beat people silly.

we did beat dallas handily. We were up 17 when our starters left at the 3 minute mark.

It was an ugly win. That's a natural reaction. I'm excited for this team's potential though. They need to cut down on the turnovers, but damn if they don't look like they've got what it takes to dominate the league.

2-3 of Lin's turnovers weren't really even on passes/high reward plays. 1 was a stupid palming cal;, one was a strip and another was stepping out of bounds, dumb plays that if he doesnt make he goes from having an ok game to a good game.

It would be better if we win against Spurs or Miami by 8 point.

Dallas is a playoff contender and we should win by +15.
Given that this is only the second game, I will take it.

A win is a win 2-0. At least Lin didn't have a double double. No be jumps on Steph curry s back for his double double last night 38pnts and 11 to in a loss.
Still early in a season. There use to be a time in recent history when we had to cringe every time we played the Mavs. Be happy everyone. Time are changing. Enjoy!!!

LMAO! This is hilarious and pretty much 100% spot on. Super, super dead at the CP reference.

Some struggles, but a pretty good showing overall. This was a really fun game... I'm not sure if the people around me had season tickets too, but I hope so. We were all united in our hatred for Dirk and Cuban, which made for a good potty-mouthed time.

    Things that got me hype:

    1. Jeremy gave my fantasy team a little boost tonight.
    2. Cisco. Block. Party. And what he wasn't blocking, he was altering. He is squarely, squarely in my #2 favorite player spot, no contest.
    3. Flashes of 2009 AB.
    4. Dwight & those FTs towards the end. The arena was on its feet like he was hitting buzzer beaters.
    5. JAMES. HARDEN. IS. AN. EFFING. BOSS. He gave me everything I needed. Cold perimeter game. Drives that would have you believe his back had never been an issue. And GOD, that crossover + stepback I can't get enough of. YES.

And the thing not directly related to basketball, but that I think is worthy of note:

I SO love this team -- top to bottom -- and tonight was proof of why. Beverley could not keep his ass on the bench. He was up and damn near on the court on every possession. And he was the very first person up and cheering every single time Jeremy made a good play. Likewise, the only time I saw Dwight fly off the bench tonight was on one of those sick Asik dunks. Whatever tension people fabricate in their heads or perpetuate on their own time -- it isn't there. These guys support each other, and it's really amazing to see. We have a GREAT team.

Had Casspi not gotten hurt, I'd be completely satisfied. IF WE CAN STAY HEALTHY, we will be a problem in this league.
