What's that Cuban? The wrong choice, you say?

He took them out at the right time. When it got a bit tougher, he should bring them back in to teach the team a lesson and to secure a win as what is the point of saving them for tomorrow if we can't secure a win today. Anyways, all well that ends well.

I don't mind turnovers from Harden or Lin, as long as they're doing it while attacking and pushing the pace.

That line about the chicken head is straight from Screaming A. Smith's column on Lin. A Screaming A. Smith fan hating on Lin? Shocking!

Well we won the game and the starters are better rested for tomorrow. In the end McHale made a coach's call and it paid off.

bad calls by the refs took out Asik. where did CP's game go? his bad shooting also affecting his decision-making.

Lin has got to go for the shot instead of passing out and getting those TOs. The start to his 3rd quarter was very bad.

Howard did not have his touch on his post-moves. He however showed he could hit his FTs.

To the poster who said DH will not turn us into contenders, when I see Asik flub his dunk attempts, I'm very glad we have DH on our team.

McHale: when they went to zone we stopped pushing, too much standing around

Lin has played great d both games, but its not just Lin that is limiting those players. When they get by lin and turn that corner they are staring either D12 a 3 time DPOTY and the best defensive center in the league or Asik a great defensive center right in the face.

Yes Lin's D seems to have improved, but 48 mins of d12/asik protecting the rim/paint has a lot to do with those players having bad games as well.

Chandler needs to shoot 3 pters, Howard needs to shoot free throws, D-Mo needs to learn how to freaking close out on his man especially when he is hot

It was a 17-points lead when the starters went to the bench. Our bench players should have played better than this.

    It's not about outweighing anything.

It's about having a PG with low TOs who also has great defense, which we have already.

I love it. 113 pts = "horrible offense"... I know, It was sloppy. But damn, if "horrible" nets you 113 in a game I'll take that.

If anything, the defense fell apart the last few minutes. The bench needs some work...

Actually both Howard and Asik could compete for that. I think Lin played a very average game, with his capability. His defense deserved more praise than his offense.

The Rockets had no mid-range jumper in this game.

It's so predictable and the Mav. figured it out later.

    They limited the penetration.

And the Rockets wasn't hot at 3pt.

    Lin 0-3, Parsons 0-5

Or it could be a parallel observation using a common idiom...

Why so critical of Lin....the guy was the team's 2nd best offensive weapon tonight, shut down Calderon to 0 points, and got 3 steals. I think people should just stop be critical of anything he does bad and glad Houston took this game 2-0. Watch these two games carefully and if you don't come to the conclusion that Lin was a big factor in both wins then you probably don't know basketball....
