I knew a family of 5 who received $600/month in food stamps. They used between $400-$450 for themselves and sold the rest for 50 cents on the dollar.

 

How much did you spend on the fridge to hold the groceries, the knives to cut with, the bowl and plates and cutting boards, lock bags, silverware, oven and range, gas and electric to power it and the house to hold it all?

Im sorry my race has a lot of go getter who put pride aside and work in gas stations they own. The reality is I have a brain, I saw a problem within our family business and that problem was that we were getting no money, $100/month per machine, and clearly some company was making a fortune off my families businesses. I then researched it, again using my brain, and made a pitch to my family about how I could double their monthly payment while making a nice living for myself.......the expansion to other nightclubs,stores,etc was me networking and closing deals, again using my brain. I saw a problem, found a solution, and executed a plan.....yes it helped that my families owned a few stores but i have just as many machines today in non-family stores and i have 4 more arriving next friday for installation at other non family businesses.....so give it bro you're wrong, there are plenty of people from well off families who just live off their parents, I found a solution to better our family business while still doing something technically on my own. I could easily be working in the real world making $100k+ somewhere else, a Jones MBA has serious merit in life, so stop acting like I'd be on welfare without my family

$684/day is what it takes to make $250k. Go hop on loopnet most gas stations for sale are well over $1M, the crummy ones are around $1M, good ones top $4-5M east, you think anyone pays $1M for a business unless it makes $250k at the least?

it really doesn't i sit at home and just collect money and my gf is working in the med center. Hopefully in 14 years we'll have kids, my ATM business will have a few hundred machines and ill have a few workers, hopefully its not just goof off and lay by the pool all day then

 

Almost all of the selling price is the building and the land. The underlying business does not look very profitable based on that price. But feel free to have your hard working family buy it. Maybe you should buy it since you are such an industrious rich right winger. Make sure you don't allow the poors to spend food stamp money in your store either.
