Looks like it's just the black 16GB that's sold out. All the others still say "in stock, shipping in 1-2 business days".

the answer to your questions is "yes", biggie as others mentioned before. https://play.google.com/store/devices get it from anywhere else and you'll probably over pay. yes, vzw users are sol. vzw effed up their relationship with google and the samsung galaxy nexus fiacso. the nexus 5 doesn't have the bands to work on the red network. also for those that ordered, when does your n5 leave the warehouse? 11/5?
Thanks to OmegaSupreme. Being a Twitter follower of his, I got alerted to the release of the Nexus 5 and got myself a 32 GB White N5. Mine also says leaving the warehouse on 11/5. I looked through the last 2 pages and saw some people showing some versions as sold out already, I got mine with no problem like 30 or 45 minutes ago.
so much for that @n5stock alert. what a fail. if i didnt check this thread, probably would have missed out. already have to wait an extra 3 days!!
