    Lakers crashing back down to earth...To be fair though splitting a back 2 back against the Clippers and Warriors is a success for ANY team in the NBA.

    People the first couple games of the season are always weird. It will even out eventually. Remember the bobcats were 6-4 to start out the year last year LOL.

    Similarity isn't the point.

    Unlike Lin, Dragic is tough-minded, doesn't choke, is clutch and never loses confidence. Rockets are "win now" and he would be better for the now.

    Just thinking out loud after watching Dragic tonight. He is exactly what Rockets fans wish Lin would be.

    when is dragic's next star trek movie coming out? i miss his accent.
    his play though, same as Lin's . 41 good to great games and 41 subpar to terrible games. I saw dragic lose confidence in two of his matchups against lin. all three are similar, dragic/lowry/and lin. Maury is a genius like that.

    Morey isn't a genius. Joey "Ready to Play" Dorsey, Marcus Morris and Royce White prove that. David Stern saved Morey from himself by vetoing a trade that would have locked the Rockets into Pau, Nene and Chuck Hayes long-term.

    Morey is a very good GM and I'm glad he's running the Rockets but he's far from infallible.

    Just because players are "similar" doesn't mean they are interchangeable.

    Just watched Sixers - Heat and I don't think I've ever seen a more hot start vs. a back-to-back championship team. The energy that they came out with, especially that MCW with 3 steals, dunk and transition game! That was some awesome basketball :)
