Generally it's a good bet whenever the home team is given a large point spread. This is especially true early in the season when teams are generally unknown, underestimated, in flux, and completely healthy. Any team in the league can beat any other and some of the early lines don't reflect this. Try parlaying huge home spreads for a shot at a big score!

Guys like him and Nate Robinson seem to be very under appreciated. They do jack up a lot of shots but they are like pure energy out there most times.
