LOL there is never a time to overreact after the first game of an 82 game season. You'd think anyone who watched the NBA before this year would know this by now.

Even though I'm a Clippers fan, I couldn't resist the taking ridiculous moneyline +400 @LaL which is unheard of for a home team, which shows you that even the oddsmakers get it wrong sometimes (unless the general public shifted the line quickly).

I expect this Lakers team to be decent, but the chemistry is going to completely collapse if/when EgoBe returns. History has shown this time and time again.

Are you kidding? All Harden would need to do is spot up for 3s.

Paul to Howard is the scariest 1-5 combo in the game.

Gotta give credit to the Lakers, they played hard and together. Clippers looked like the nail clippers tonight...

Doc Rivers impact to the Clippers has been severely overrated as summer long!

Doc your team is full of a bunch of loser mentalities except for Chris Paul. The problem is when the toughest guy on your team is 6ft there is a big problem.

Seriously, I totally expected them to go 82-0 this year.

CP3 has a loser mentality, dude never even played pass the 2nd round of playoffs and always throw tantrums on the court when they being embarrassed. I been saying it all along, CP3 is a star, not a superstar.

To be fair, CP3 missed 10 games due to injuries. In those games, Griffin actually averaged more points/game, more assists/game than his season average.<PRE>

I pegged them 81-1. With a loss to Philly. Trap games get even the best teams

    meh.

Clippers played as bad as they can, Lakers played as good as they can. Wouldn't draw too many conclusions from this.

It took me one game to know that the Clippers will fizzle in the Playoffs yet again.

It was obvious that Blake didn't spend much time practicing his post moves this off-season.

Couldn't even take advantage of 2nd/3rd string bigs in the 4th. Wow.
