If you wait to do all of the Lester side missions until after completing the main story, you can make billions. Spoiler Spoiler After the last heist, you can get anywhere from 12-30 mil I believe (depending on crews picked).
killing trever gets you the largest payout since lester gives you half his cut, which is like an extra 15 million..
Yup, you need to be online. By the way any ways to gain a lot of money online? Besides glitches, selling cars, and robbing stores.
Online noobie here. Is there a way you can just get online without having to do tasks or races? I just want to explore the city by myself without having to race a bunch of internet nerds.
After the first race you are on your own. Good luck because a lot of stuff will not be unlocked until you start to level up
not really worth it IMO. 15 mil won't change anything. The only way to really make money is by saving the Lester missions till the end. Luckily for me I did and all my characters have over a billion. If I had not saved them until the end, I would be pissed.
After the first race you can ignore any jobs sent. Just make sure you avoid being near other players if you're just starting out.
Is all this money you guys are talking about for the online play or within the game? What's the point of having all that money?
There are some cars and aircraft that you can only buy through the in-game website, but they all cost quite a bit of money.
The stock market and the lester missions are story mode. The glitches are online. Like above poster said certain rides are bought only.
Once you do the tutorial which is about five short missions you can do whatever. You can turn on passive mode so no player can kill you as well but like above poster said you unlock stuck via lvling up
I haven't tried it yet but can you take the tracker off? If I wanna gift a car or something instead of selling it?
Passive mode only works when you're on foot. You get in a car and it's open season on that ass:grin: I think you can also get blown up when it's on too. I don't even bother with it much anymore. If I want to avoid the mayhem, I'll just run a private session.
