the hearing is going on right now, @dfbarron David Barron on twitter is a good person to follow for information, I have CSN but am hoping to hear good news today for fans who dont have it or cant get it.
Hopefully other carriers get the channel. I would like to ditch Comcast but this CSN fiasco is not letting me. I need my Rockets!
CSN is a really good show they have the pregame and post-game shows for 30mins each. They talk about lineups lin-bev, PF situation etc just like we do hear except live on TV and they disagree sometimes just how we do on clutch fans it’s a great quality show. Best thing that can happen is other cable companies will be able to offer the channel. Or the same crew can pack up and go to FOX
I have Att Uverse for ISP, I pay around 45 a month and my download was around 25mbps the other night when I tested. I stream Rockets games in HD to my tv, via Roku player, also watch on tablet without a hitch. Rockets streaming for the season cost me $55.
If the judge grants the Astros motion and dismisses the bankruptcy, then CSN will be history in short order...and the Astros and Rockets will be finding new homes for their media product. For the Rockets, that would be in short order. Judge isn't likely to make a decision today, though.

Partly because the Astros suck so bad no one is watching - talk about launching a network at the worst possible time!
David Barron @dfbarron 6m Comcast, though, says it had offer from carrier that could be "domino effect" to lead to more "modest" profit, but Astros balked.
Just wait till they get their wish. I wonder if Crane will balk at the non existent offers to come. Astros and Rockets will do their own thing and that isn't good news for Astros.
What should I be rooting for here? For CSN to stay, everyone to keep their jobs and me to never watch another Rockets game? Sorry, can't do that.
