    i don't think he doesn't think too high of lin or anything like that.. just that he prefers a pg like bev on this team. that's all. like he said, if it wasn't for linsanity, lin would be considered a top up-and-coming young pg and that's the key word, "up-and-coming young" pg.

    he doesn't think he's there yet and bev brings something else to the equation and he just likes that better as a pg. if you watch his pg while he was a celtic (dennis johnson) then it makes sense what type of pg he likes on his team, and it's not what lin is.

    I don't think Mchale has much faith in Lin but I disagree that he would still have benched Lin. With the way things were going the first three games I think he would've been forced to keep Lin as a starter. Inconsistent shooting gave him the excuse he needed combined with the fact that the team has had the most success i.e plus minus with Beverly on the floor the past 2 games
