    Did the NBA change their policy about waiting 2 years for a team to be able to wear an alternate jersey after they released a brand new home and away jerseys?

    They do look like they've been hanging on the clothesline for a long time. Even so, I don't see anything wrong with the paleness. If the colors were more vibrant, people would complain that they were gaudy. They're good for an alternate.
