hold ctrl key and reduce your font size till you see the full screen button. ctrl + (+ / - key)... or use you mouse scroll wheel.. then you can go full sceen and use esc key anytime. Hope this helps you out
a note of caution to everyone that streams over the web... never use IE.. use Chrome or what ever you like... but never use IE.
I watched the entire game without any issues on Chrome in HD - Laptop connected via WiFi to 15 Mbps Time Warner line.

You would have to download a browser that allows flash. I believe the Photon Browser is the best one. once you have that you will probably be able to watch the games just visiting the sites.
If you have NBA league pass, and have the league pass on on Apple TV, will you be able to watch it later on Apple TV? Like is it archived? I might miss some games. Comcast does not offer me HD on the television. Weak.
