I was completely confused until the music started playing. That is just wrong, but I'll admit I laughed.
He is the blind side. That seems dangerous as hell though. Not being able to brace yourself for contact is a terrible injury waiting to happen.
Maybe the opposing coach just tells his players to run by him and not bother to engage. I've seen the original video. The coach communicates with him with a radio (like the NFL) and tells him which direction to run. It doesn't help much, but it helps him find the sideline once the play is over.
I would have laid that dude out if I was lining up opposite him. I remember playing football in high school. I was always getting laid out by some bigger dude that, whenever I had the opportunity to lay out someone my own size or smaller, well I just had to take it. If he doesn't want to get hit, then he shouldn't be in there. Of course, I was a freshman at the time and, a lot of times, they had us playing seniors in practice situations. I used to do 360 cartwheels getting laid out by seniors. Take no prisoners.
That video is evil. I was able to watch it nearly all the way through and think: "Yeah, the OP is a real POS." Then out of no where, I laughed. And laughed hard. Ef that video.
Laughing through the first minute and 15 seconds makes you a bad person. Laughing at the last 20 seconds is acceptable simply because the music and rewinding so unexpected... At least that's what I'm telling myself.
The video was not that humorous. If the kid was actually running around like that instead of the video rewinding and fast forwarding, then it might have been amusing. Its just a terrible attempt to mock a blind kid.
he is too upward, can't get any leverage to make a solid tackle or was he is on offense? confused is confused.
Reminds me of this video from a few years ago... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/qELbA6cKrPc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
