Okay. Let's start this discussion. We have four open roster spots. We need LBs and RBs. McClain did a story on the RBs. But whose available at LB? ILB an OLB? Discuss!

Don't need FAs. Go pick Ozzie Newsome's Ravens Practice Squad and the 49ers practice squad.

The Ravens have been the best talent evaluators the last 10 years and the 49ers recently have drafted great.

Well then, should pick Josh Martin from the Chiefs practice squad and move Reed inside.

Josh McNary is a Houston guy too. I know his sister and have followed his game a bit, he'd be a solid addition.

If the Texans had a time machine they'd be in great shape. Plug in early/mid 2000's Brooking, Lloyd Spikes, and Addai, and they'd have an outside shot at the playoffs.

A lot of trash out there. :p

    No recommendations really.

Just look at the familiar names, that's who they'll likely bring in (or bring back).

They want whoever they sign to be versatile - playing both their position and playing on special teams so I guess keep that in mind.

So based on that, should people be getting their Steve Slaton and Xavier Adibi jerseys out of the attic?? ;)

Expected. He looked good in preseason

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Texans&amp;src=hash">#Texans</a> worked out 10 players including WRs Joe Adams, Ramses Barden, Mike Thomas, and Matt Willis and QBs John Skelton and Pat White.</p>&mdash; Adam Caplan (@caplannfl) <a href="https://twitter.com/caplannfl/statuses/393032817384230912">October 23, 2013</a></blockquote>

    This is surprising...

Anyone think a trade is in the works? They have three QBs on the roster...or maybe Schaub's injury is worse than Kubiak wants to admit and is going on IR? Maybe Schaub is being traded (one could hope, I'd jump for joy if we got a 7th for him...) I mean there are a lot of teams in need of a emergency QB right now...

Actually knowing the Texans they would trade Case instead

I'm guessing the only reason the QB's were brought in was to have someone to throw to the WR's in the workout. I'm guessing the QB know this, but aren't going to turn down a team-paid-for tryout, since they are unemployed, and there is always a chance the Texans need someone later on.

I'm going to further guess that they will have other positions in to workout over the next few days.
