I believe the Whataburger on HWY6 does private parties.

 

I was going to say try OpenTable, but a quick glance and the site doesn't seem to offer that level of search and booking.

Good luck booking that one unless it's for an event in 2015. We were looking for a wedding/reception venue, and that was of course the first choice. But no such luck.

 

Brady's Landing? Has a view of the Houston Ship Channel, which is kinda industrial-chique. From what I remember, I kinda liked that, though I was a bit inebriated.

Skyline Bar in the Hilton?

 

With the classic A-frame, Whataburger can easily double as a wedding venue.

Ugh. My company has decided to have an Xmas party for all 80 employees, not just the management this year...at Brady's Landing. Needless to say I've already got a built in excuse not to attend. We've gone from Morton's, Smith & Wollensky's, Del Frisco's, III Forks and Capitol Grill...now onto Brady's Landing?.

That's out of the loop and I have to be inebriated to be around work people during non working hours, so driving is not an option while I can cab it in the loop. Plus people get shot and raped that far out east or die from that nasty ass ship channel pollution. Not in.

 

You love mentioning that you live inside the loop, don't you?

Once you're inside the loop, it's really difficult to do anything outside of it.

 

LMAO, calm down man. It's not that bad. More people get shot and raped in SW Houston. That location is pretty isolated and the freeway is like a half a mile away. You'll be safer there than driving through Richmond.

And FYI, Brady's landing is still inside the loop. Looks like you can cab it after all.

 

I really just don't want to see these people after 5 every weekday. Bunch of strange people who smell like feet.

 

I heard that if you stop at a freeway to make a u-turn outside the loop, there's a 70% chance thugs will come out from under the bridge, shave your *******, and keep you around for fun and games until they cut your throat and take your wallet.

Mario Elie once drove outside the loop and woke up with a bruised face and no money.
