I'm obviously stating the truth. If I was stating ridiculous garbage, I wouldn't have gotten two emotional and "offended" responses. Its clear who is the LOF. You are hurt because I said the truth, and now trying to blame me instead of the fact your player isn't who you imagined him to be. Try to be objective and not so biased. Remember its LOF like yourself that has poisoned the neutral perspective this forum HAD.

Good gosh, from under which bridge did you crawl out from? Are you Glenn Rice? Dei?

Where the hell were you the prior 3 preseason games? Or you hadn't yet registered your account then or felt that it wasn't the right time to emerge?

Some trolls are so obvious to spot, it is funny to see their attempts to disguise themselves as serious posters

Strongly disagree, his defense off the bench while Howard is out will be huge.

When Asik started and took a rest, the team defense cratered in his absence. Now the Rockets can have an elite paint protector on the court at all times.

I saw him play vs mavericks. The first 3 games were irrelevant, since 1 was against the pelicans and the other 2 overseas. The overseas games were more marketing than legit nba games. That taipei game the pacers/rockets both let Lin do his thing out of respect for his homeland. The mavericks game was legit, and I watched Jlin *destroyed* by jose calderon. Jose Calderon. That dude is like slow in the nba. Jlin will be killed in the playoffs (if he ever plays in the playoffs that is; 1 game isn't much experience).

You sir are here to insult and pick up fights. You were indeed stating "ridiculous garbage" and people like me are upset because I do not enjoy pollution. Your statements are nothing but your personal bias towards Lin. Please do not waste any more of your time.

Oh, you stated a "truth." You proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have either read little of this forum, or that you are simply a troll. I lean towards both.

I actually don't think Jeremy had a really bad game. But to say he had a very good game and then say Beverley had a bad one -- come on, son. LOL.

    1. More efficient to attack the basket - true.

But, They need to take some type of mid range jumpers.

    2. We don't have Pick and Pop players - true

But, taking these mid range jumpers would force the defense to collapse on them where they can easily dish to the paint or 3s. After Lin/Harden/Bev/Parsons all lost their man, they drove all the way in where both big men for the other teams were waiting causing them to miss the lay ups but if they pulled up and made some, it would A) cause 1 big men to step up. B) force the defender who got lost to run back faster at our player which can also lead to a foul. (I got training from Calvin Murphy once, and he said the most efficient shots are the mid range shots.)

    3. Lin is seldom looking to score - true

But, that's his biggest issue. He will be a better facilitator once he starts looking to score a little. It's not like Lin doesn't handle the ball anymore, in fact he handles it a lot. Coming off the pick, if Lin hits the mid range jumpers, it opens up cutting lane for the big men. (Stockton and Malone, always started pick and roll inside the 3 point line).

    Agreed

It's sad to see that the Lin vs. Bev argument hasn't gone away yet. That is the biggest reason I don't come to the Garm. You posters need to be discussing more important things than Lin vs. Beverly because they are not the problem. Be grateful, we have 2 starting caliber PGs, and another solid 3rd string pg.

Lol. Man, jlin is getting murdered around here, and i'm not even a lof.

I mean the guy plays ok for 3 games, and it means no ****. The guy then plays somewhat of a "bad" game and he suddenly becomes the reason why houston ain't goin nowhere.

    Rofl.

    Exactly....

The real issue here is our pf spot.

The pg spot is pretty much solid. People who's gonna say otherwise are just haters. We have 3 solid pgs who could start in other teams in the nba.

Lin had more rebounds, assists and steals than Beverly who made exactly 1 more shot in 1 less attempt...you're right dude, Beverly is a beast and Lin sucks...
BTW - Inconsistent playmaking??? If Asik had anything resembling hands, Lin has another 4 assists.

Being a Lin only fan doesn't mean all good things about Lin. In fact, it's the lof that is the hardest on Lin. That includes you. Out of the whole team, you only mention one player and targeted him for attack. You and Karolik has lots in common.

lol I know eh, the hate here is high. To be fair, Lin has higher expectations, and Bev lower. So Lin is under the microscope a lot. All I care about is Lin getting his minutes and being able to play the way he wants.

rofl. I totally agree. I think David Stern instructed the Pacers to let Lin win for marketing purposes in Taipei.

Jose Caledron is a very good shooter and I feel he is underrated. he can be a good player when he wants to be but sometimes I feel he's pretty lazy. Lin cooked Jose a few years ago so it's natural that Jose wants to get him back and he definitely did.
