it'll be released on PC, and it'll be the best version by far, even if they release next-gen console versions. The mods on GTA IV were amazing. I can already envision how much better GTA V will be with car mods, weapon mods, clothes, and graphics improvements.

Honestly, my first guess was today, but now I'll say Nov 1 since it's still October and they're giving the money to people who played in October. So people have a little less than a week to make a character and get the money.
I think they should downgrade the tank Its too fast and fires too fast. Other than that I had fun trying to run away and taunt the fricker.
