Stephen Curry at #6 is ridiculous. He's not a top 10 player. And funny how many ESPN pundits hate on WB, and yet they rank him as top 5, which is correct.
Well, I did get the players correct for my 6-10, but order a little off. Quite frankly, I'm floored by how high they're putting Irving. That is either ridiculous or I'm REALLY not seeing something about him that ESPN guys are. Other than Irving, I can at least "understand" where the players are ranked. Even if I disagree with them.
Even at his age, he's arguably one of the top 3 most skilled players we have RIGHT NOW. Shoot anywhere on the floor, finish at the basket,post-up, all types of shots, clutch, handles, can pass... His problem is staying healthy and defense. And if he takes that 3rd year leap like most stars do, he has all the skills to be a top 5-7 player in this league. His ranking is simply based on potential of the "3rd year" jump most superstars make.
wow. the number 4 player in the league! http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/9861913/2013-nba-player-rankings-4
So true. I some times shake my head at the crap I read here, but the comments on ESPN articles are a whole different level and consistency of stupid. Per game numbers and FG% seem to be the bottom line for judging players to a good amount of people there .
The question now is, who has the top starting 5? Nets??? 20 Will 28: Lopez 41: KG 50: Pierce 59:Johnson
