If you're a fan of basketball or sports in general, then Yes. It's harder for non-sports fans to understand what's going on.
great movie but no need to watch in theaters, though. don't need the big screen and surround sound. rent it on itunes and save yourself some money and watch from comfort of your couch.
Just wanted to let you know that Linsanity is staying another week in Houston but it is moving to Viva Cinemas at 535 Sharpstown Center, Houston, TX - (832) 426-4873 for the remainder starting today Friday.
FYI: The Amazon $3.99 7 day rental is gone. Now it's @ $6.99 for 48 hour (while it's in theaters) rental. Also available on DirecTV Cinema for $7.99 3 day VOD rental.
And if they do a live action version of his story someone made a good case that Godfrey Gao should play him http://asiapacificarts.usc.edu/w_apa/showarticle.aspx?articleID=17989
Me like. Ending got a little religulous. Think they should have left that out. And I think they should not have started the movie with the end result, but instead built up to it. Good movie though. Entertaining. Overall a good product worth seeing.

I thought some of you might be interested to read an interview published yesterday with Jared Dubin, co-author of 'We'll Always Have Linsanity: Strange Takes on the Strangest Season in Knicks History.' http://pickandroll.com.au/jared-dubin-interview/ In it he answers a couple of questions related to Jeremy Lin and the book, but most of the interview is about his background, experiences as an NBA writer and provides tips for aspiring writers. It is part of 'The School of Hardwood Knocks' which is an interview series with the NBA's leading journalists and bloggers. Previous interviews (all published over the last couple of months so still recent) include Matt Moore, Alex Kennedy, Trey Kerby, Royce Young, Rob Mahoney, Roy Ward, Eric Pincus, Ethan Sherwood Strauss, Sekou Smith and Kurt Helin which can be read here http://pickandroll.com.au/tag/school-of-hardwood-knocks/ While those of you with aspirations to write about the NBA as a profession will find it most useful, fans of any of the above mentioned writers should find the interviews interesting.
