    just a few musings:

    1. beverly should be the starter. clear cut. not taking anything away from lin, but its pretty clear. better shooter, better defender. lin is actually much more effective without harden in the game, so playing with the second unit would be better for the team, and jeremy will put up the same numbers as a 6th man.

    2. asik and dwight should start next to each other. dirk is one of the worst matchups for that lineup and the defense didn't suffer against a stretch 4. not only that but the offense didn't suffer either. i wouldn't play them together for 36 minutes, but they should start together to get the opposing team off to a slow start and out of rhythm early.

    3. lin, garcia, casspi are a very good bench, and would make a nice 8 man rotation for the playoffs.

    4. jones and donuts can be moved to a team who wants young players with potential. in return we could look for a prototypical pf, since our starting pf is really a center and our backup is really a sf. a hard nosed, playoff tested vet pf who can defend, rebound, and maybe hit a mid range shot would be perfect. jones and donuts to boston for bass would be great for both teams.

    That's debatable and he has not played five games this preseason. I am not looking at preseason stats because they are too many scrubs on the floor. I am looking at how he plays.
