they run very narrow. I have the crazy lights 2. i have narrow feet myself and the CL is narrower than i though. should've went a .5 size higher. my friends have the rose but the 2.5 not the current ones. i recommend you try them on first because they're narrower than usual compare to Nikes
I have Adidas Mad Handles and they do run narrow, especially in the midfoot. Try them on, see if you like it. It hugs my feet well. And I like the traction on them. It's only my second basketball shoe, though.
I don't live in Houston, but if you could buy me a pair of those Melo 9s and ship them to me, I'd pay you for price of shoe + shipping + a little profit thru PayPal if you want... ___________________________________________________________________ Ok, so apparently you guys are praising Nike, and I don't blame you. I'm sure they are the best brand when it comes to basketball shoes. Looks like I'm going to have to stick with Jordan or adidas. So keep the recommendations for just jordan/adidas. I'm looking for light shoes, with good traction, and comfortable.
You have to be an employee at Nike or get passes from someone that works at Nike. If you ever come to Oregon specifically Beaverton... It's an absolute must to try and score some passes. Between the random pro athletes you're sure to spot on a regular basis, hot athletic women in yoga pants and 50% off all the latest gear the place might as well be heaven.
Do you have a Nike outlet near you? I actually got mine in Arizona and when I came home to Houston they had the same sale.
Actually, yeah I do. You said the Melo m9 were $60, + 40% off of that right? So thats $40. Any idea when the sale ends?
Melo M9 on here for $85, which is a bit too pricey. Are there other better Jordan shoes that are a bit cheaper? http://store.nike.com/us/en_us/pd/jordan-melo-m9-basketball-shoe/pid-684415/pgid-1058218
what size shoe do you wear? If you ebay some of those Steph Currys (JK I dont know if those are his shoes or not) they have them selling for like $60-80 even though they retail for $120. They are called Under Armour Charge
Dunke and Air Forces with flat soles like that aren't good for you if you have arched feet. If you have Darkwing Duck feet that's a different story. But I would try something like Questions (Iversons) high top if you're looking for ankle support and durability. The low tops are more comfortable to me but if you need ankle support high tops are always the way to go. I have these: And these: Now, the second pair my wife bought me as a gift for like 60 bucks. On sale thru Footaction I believe. Goes well with Texans jersey if you own one as well.
it's 30% off of the 59.97 making it roughly about 42 bucks. It was cheaper in arizona because they only have 6% sales tax. I'd call with the color and style number and size to see if they have it in stock for you before you head out to the outlet.
So are Melo M9s the best option for the Jordan brand? And is $85 a good price for them? Or should I just wait till next month?
Yes, because its not important. Anyways, I found these on the Nike site : Jordan SuperFly Low top, $70. Good shoe / Good price/deal, or no? http://store.nike.com/us/en_us/pd/jordan-superfly-low-basketball-shoe/pid-684379/sz-12
