And here we have the obligatory FTW Rockets FTW meltdown. Football is a "non-athletic sport?" Oooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhkay.

By the way, there are "real Rockets fans" who are also fans of the other Houston teams.

Not to mention if they punch it in on 1st and goal inside the one. Kubiak should just kick the field goal on 1st down.

It was his first ever NFL game at an undefeated teams house with a top defense.

Folks hating on Keenum need to have their heads examined. Case played pretty well given the 2nd half circumstances. The lack of a credible running threat allowed KC to tee-off pretty much every down. An objective fan can see the potential and that is exciting. I do think there were a few plays he held on to the ball too long, which is probably him trying to do too much instead of taking what the defense was giving him. A lot of blame has to go on Kubiak for bad time management and poor play calling. No wide receiver screens or quick slants (like the one Posey broke)? Lets hope Case gets the start after the bye week. I think he's done enough to keep the job for another week.

Case should have had 3 TD's and we should have won by a marginal victory of 14 if Graham and Hopkins just would have caught that! Sighhhhhhhhhhh.

Looking forward to Case being our starter after bye week.

    Bye bye Schaub.

Well, we had no RB's at that point. Case tried a sneak but was one yard out. We tried to run with Greg Jones but we lost yards. Case threw a pretty good fade to Hopkins that was almost caught, but just knocked away at the last second.

I'm disappointed by the outcome, but considering the circumstances, I'm not really upset with the play calling in that situation. One yard out, they try running it the only way they can at that point and when that doesn't work, they execute a pretty good pass play that was just defended well.

I don't know how anyone could have watched that game and said that Case played bad. He wasn't spectacular but he was really good. I love his confidence on the field. The game went downhill after Tate went down, it was over at that point.

I think Keenum played well today and that he was put in a bad spot in the 2nd half with the offensive line struggling and no running game to take the pressure off.

But you know that if Schaub was in the same situation and only produced 3 points in the 2nd half (and off a turnover at that), people would be b****ing and moaning about it for the next 2 weeks.
