I'd put Omer 4th out of respect for what he's done last season for the Rockets.

Orlando hung in pretty much the whole game. Not an impressive win.

The guys had to be tired from the overseas trip.

 

well if the two of them played the entire game and were serious about it the lead would've been like 40 or something

Doesn't look like Omer is going to play at all.

 

Just checked the schedule, the next game is monday??? I don't know if I'll be able to last that long

But it gives the guys the rest from the heavy traveling and practice they need. Hopefully we can get some Asik practice action...

All of you ungrateful pos's complaining about DH12 need to STFU. He was brought mainly for his DEFENSE presence and he sure did alter and block shots left and right throughout these last few games. His Offense will come and will rack up points when he can.


Just STFU and be glad we have him.

 

I have to say.. I am a little disappointed at the amount of times Dwight loses the ball in the post before he can even attempt a shot.

 

Excuse me, but that's Omer Asik you're describing. I don't know about you guys but I expected a Dwight Howard who could help on both ends. Now, I've refrained from criticizing his offensive game because we're on a honeymoon period and he's still trying to fit in. That said it's completely untrue to say we want Dwight only for his defense. I'm counting on him to be our 2nd scoring option. Otherwise, what the hell are we pissing Omer Asik off for?

 

Thats because the refs are allowing players to grab and hit his arms. He has to learn to keep the ball up high and his moves needs to be quicker. Especially when he puts the ball on the floor.

 

To be fair... Rockets have ran almost no pick and roll. Dwight will be a beast there.

 

We can't have Harden and Howard play 30+ minutes just to blow out a preseason game. I'm just glad the bench did not lose the lead and the game.
